Welcome to the Instant Steaks Heat & Eat ordering website, which is owned and operated by Seven Steakhouse Limited. By accessing or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

  1. Website Usage
    • You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
    • We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the website, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice.
    • We may, at our sole discretion, restrict access to certain features or parts of the website, or the entire website, to users who have registered with us.
  2. Buying on the Website
    • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
      In order to make a purchase on our website, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product and agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.
    • After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted.
    • We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us, and we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
    • In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
  3. Returns Policy
    • We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve any issues and offer a full refund or replacement if necessary.

Returns:

  • If you wish to return your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We cannot accept returns after this time due to the perishable nature of our products. We will arrange for the return of the product at your expense and will issue a refund once we receive the returned product.
  • Damaged or Defective Products:
  • If your products arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at once.
  1. Shipping:
    • We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure that your orders arrive in excellent condition. However, if your orders arrive late or damaged due to the fault of the shipping carrier, please contact us immediately so that we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  2. Exchanges:
    • We DO NOT offer exchanges for any of our products.
    • Please note that our returns policy applies only to products purchased directly from us. If you purchased our products from a third-party vendor, please contact the vendor directly to inquire about their returns policy.
  3. Liability
    • Except as may be implied by law where the Buyer is dealing as a Consumer, in the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the Supplier the remedies of the Buyer shall be limited to damages which shall in no circumstances exceed the price of the Goods and/or Services and the Supplier shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage whatever.
  4. WAIVER
    • No waiver by the Supplier (whether express or implied) in enforcing any of its rights under this contract shall prejudice its rights to do so in the future.
  5. FORCE MAJEURE
    • The Supplier shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, failure of any communications, telecommunications or computer system, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, and the Supplier shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.
  6. SEVERANCE
    • If any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect as if these Terms and Conditions had been agreed with the invalid illegal or unenforceable provision eliminated.
  7. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    • The Supplier shall be entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time but this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by the Buyer upon making a purchase.
  8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
    • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
